1.) I (owner) understand that if my pet has a history of aggression or biting We (Fetch•a•Groomer) reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we find fit.
 

2.) I understand that I am liable for any medical expenses and damages that result from injuries cause by my pet.
 

3.) I expressly waive and relinquish all claims against Fetch•a•Groomer its employees, volunteers, property owner(s), financial supporters, and representatives, except for those arising from negligence on the part Fetch•a•Groomer.
 

4.) I have disclosed to  Fetch•a•Groomer all known dangers associated with my pet.
 

5.) I understand that  Fetch•a•Groomer is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting
from the manufacture recommendations usage of any products. Please consult your vet prior to having your pet treated if you have any questions or concerning your pet sensitivity to such treatments.
 

6.) I understand  Fetch•a•Groomer is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or aggravation of those condition, such as heart disease, arthritis, obesity, infections, matting of the coat or any other medical problems that may be affected by the grooming process.
 

7.) I expressly understand and agree  Fetch•a•Groomer shall not be held responsible for any damages to my property.
 

8.) I understand that under no circumstances will  Fetch•a•Groomer be liable for consequential damages.
 

9.) I understand that my pet will be obtained by me when services are finished.
 

10.) I understand that the Texas Law requires all pets to be vaccinated for Rabies.
 

11.) I understand that  Fetch•a•Groomer highly recommends all pets to be vaccinated against ALL communicable illnesses. 
 

12.). I understand that  Fetch•a•Groomer is not responsible for any pet that comes in contact with another pet and/or surface that had/has a communicable illness.
 

13.) I understand payment is due at the completion of the services.  We accept Cash, Check, Credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, Apple Pay and Venmo. 
 

14.) I understand that I will at all times have my pet contained and/or leashed. 
 

15.) I understand that all quoted prices prior to grooming my pet are only estimates. Extra charges may apply for pets that are matted, have fleas and/or difficult to manage.
 

16.) Please give 24-hour to  notify us of any changes or cancellations. I understand that a $30 fee may be added for any missed appointments (no shows).
 

17.) Arrival 
Salon: If a client is more than 30 minutes late for an appointment, a fee of $10.00/ per pet will be added AND there is a possibility we will need to reschedule for another day.
Mobile: due to the nature of our mobile service, we can NOT guarantee our arrival time.  We make every effort to ensure we arrive during our time window.  We do offer a latch key service, in some cases where you are unavailable, we can access the house by key and door/garage codes.
 

18.) I understand that the Grooming Salon DOES NOT have hours of operation.  Pick up times will be given at drop off.  Unless prior arraignments are made for daycare/boarding  Pet Parents are given a 15-minute grace period to pick up my pet. Each additional minute there after, I will be charge a $1.00/per minute for each additional minute.  I also understand that if I am not there to pick up my pet at the time we are finished (time given at drop off), that in addition to Grooming, and late pick up fees. I will also be charge an daycare/over night fee of $40.00/per day/night, per pet.  At this time pick up will need to be scheduled, based on my availability.  Please make arrangements with me prior to drop off, if you are unable to pick up after the grooming is finished.  In most cases, I have the time and space, I just need to have as many details as possible.

I hereby declare to  Fetch•a•Groomer that I am the legal owner of my pet; that my pet has not been exposed to any infectious illness within the last (30) thirty days; I (the owner) have read this agreement in it entirely.
